Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Baseline (the "Service"), an online study platform for the BCBA® certification exam operated by Baseline ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.
Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
Full Prep is a one-time purchase (currently $299) that gives one person access to the paid features of the Service until they pass the BCBA exam, including retakes. It is not a subscription.
Your account
- Access is for one individual and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- You must not copy, scrape, publish, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content.
Content and the BACB
All practice questions are original and are not actual BCBA exam items. Baseline is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®). BCBA® is a registered trademark of the BACB. We do our best to keep content accurate and aligned with the current Test Content Outline and Ethics Code, but we can't guarantee it is free of errors, and it is not a substitute for the official BACB materials.
AI tutor
The AI tutor generates explanations automatically and can make mistakes. Use it as a study aid, not as an authoritative source. Fair-use limits apply (currently 60 messages per day).

Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for exam outcomes or for indirect or consequential losses.
