14-day refund

If Full Prep isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, as long as you haven't completed a full-length mock exam.

Pass guarantee

If you don't pass the BCBA exam after preparing with Baseline, we'll refund your purchase in full when:

• you completed at least two full-length mock exams on Baseline before your exam date, and
• you answered every question in the bank at least once, and
• you email us your official score report within 30 days of your exam date.

Each purchase is eligible for one pass-guarantee refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@baselinebx.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
